Liked: The bed was very comfortable, and we both slept well. The a/c & heating unit worked well and was quiet. The TV and remote functioned correctly, and HBO programs were available.
Disliked: When checking in, the man on duty had such a heavy accent I couldn't understand him. He did accommodate a smoking room, as we requested, and even gave me an ashtray! The hotel is old and outdated - carpet needs replaced, shower head needs replaced, hot water didn't last long, could hear conversations in the room next to us, paint chipping on entry door. No continental breakfast, as stated on website, due to COVID. There was a keyed safe in the room, but no key. No space to use luggage rack, even though one was provided.
