Disliked: I was stranded in great falls and asked for a refund for the night I wasnt there and nobody has answered me back about it

Liked: The first night staying in a king bedroom was excellent. The second night was a queen bed, but just wasn't all that comfortable and didn't sleep very good. Both rooms are very clean.
Disliked: Parking was supposed to be all inclusive, but was not

Liked: Nice room, comfortable and clean. Good breakfast.
Disliked: Pet fee of $20 seems excessive.

Disliked: After 4 days they did not clean the room, we had to ask. We asked twice to have room cleaned and take out trash. We informed them three times about an ant problem, they still didnt take out the trash when they sprayed for the ants. No compensation offer.

Disliked: First night the box of Kleenex was missing, had only 1 bar of soap&1 roll toilet paper and no extras.it looked like the person before us either used box of Kleenex or swiped it. The second night was much better.
