Very poor

Liked: The room was newly renovated so that was a plus. The beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The floors were dirty and gritty. There were clumps of hair on the bathroom floor and in the tub. There was stickiness on the bedside table. There was trash all in the parking lot and along the stairs and sidewalk. The pool wasn't ready but was low water and filled with trash. The breakfast was barely anything! No juices, no milk for cereal- only waffles,packaged danish, and yogurt. I know the staff can't control other people's actions but the people next to us kept sticking the door latch so that their door wouldn't close then they allowed the door to slam against the latch about 20-30 times per night. They allowed their child to run up and down the hallway screaming. We asked them to please stop but ended up having to call the front desk to complain both nights. Two unrestful evenings! Never again!!

Liked: Staff was great, very friendly and inviting.
Disliked: Rough crowd hanging out. Got evicted. Loud and creepy and made us feel on edge. Made rude comments and made my teen daughters uncomfortable. Beds were horrible uncomfortable. Hard as a brick.

Will stay there again

Liked: Very reasonable price, clean, comfortable room, easy check in [ I had a reservation]. Waffle maker set up for breakfast.

Liked: Very clean and staff were super nice. Just outside the town and makes getting in and out of town smooth.

Liked: The location was just where we needed to be.
Disliked: Checking in was difficult. Front desk person was a bit overwhelmed and it took much longer to check in than usual the smell from the water treatment facility next was not pleasant when out doors.
