Disliked: The room was a smoking room but I didn't know that was even an option. The people surrounding us all acted like white trash. I felt unsafe there with my son. The breakfast offered was inedible.

Liked: Room was clean and comfortable. Young woman at reception desk was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Breakfast was bland. Wi-fi and internet were awful. I appealed to the front desk was helpful to a point. Even though Wi-fi showed that it was connected it also showed that there was no internet connection. A man came to the door and I showed him on my phone that it said no internet. He made up three or four excuses and when I told him I needed to attend to business on the internet, he said there were a lot of users and I couldn't expect it to get any better that evening. When I told it wi-fi and internet were part of what I paid for he told me I could check out and move to another motel. At that point he turned and walked away. He was stern showed not empathy for the situation. This will be my last stay after six years of being a customer. The man needs to be trained on how to deal with humans. Poor performance.
