Disliked: Dirty, took pictures of dirty shower, hair all over the bathroom doors ,black mold all down one wall, air did not work. Got just the fan to work. Lady at desk just said we could check out. NO other rooms were empty. That is BS. After driving 16 hours I just needed a nap. SHOULD be turned into health dept

All Rooms Are Not Equal

Liked: The front desk staff was helpful. The cleaning staff was friendly and had a great attitude. The staff did everything they could to make the stay pleasant. The beds were unbelievably comfortable. The location was in quick driving distance to many restaurants and attractions.
Disliked: Areas for improvement: Pest control. Better accent furniture, or non at all. Roofing and ceiling repair. Properly installed outlets to accommodate appliances (microwave, refrigerator).The room came with its own guests (two roaches). The first non-smoking room, reeked of smoke. We were moved to a 2nd room, that wasn't great but we decided to stay, until the rain storm came and our ceiling started leaking. The 3rd room was much better but the furniture (chair and couch) was stained like it had been retrieved from the city dump. The bedroom and bathroom was so neat and comfortable, but the accent furniture should have been removed. Broken (desk) and stained furniture took away from the comfort and enjoyment of the room. The electrical outlets that were installed would not accommodate the microwave and the refrigerator, so one appliance had to be unplugged to use the other appliance.
