Not what I expected

Liked: The location was great, the staff were super friendly and very supportive when I requested to change my initial room due to issues with the cleaning and room amenities.
Disliked: The first room was dirty, lacking essential stuff like clothing hanging, no hair dryer, and feels it like a cheap room. I added some photos of the first room I got. The second room was better however, during a 5 night’s stay the room was only cleaned once. The new room also had a big stain in the bed lining which makes me wonder how the cleaning process is performed and reviewed overall. The smoke detector was blocked by a previous guest when the hotel is supposed to be smoke free. The A/C of the first room had a gap where you can see the outside and thus the room did not maintain the temperature.

Liked: Not much. Reasonable price but voided because of condition.
Disliked: Very dirty looking worn out chair and ottoman. Should have been in trash. Bathroom counters not super clean. Terrible lighting in bathroom area

Floors need sweeping and mopping.

Disliked: The floor was dirty. There were guys out back smoking weed constantly.

Disliked: Had no room service had to go to the office and exchange dirty towels for clean everyday,for 4 days
