We truly enjoyed our stay. The staff was very courteous and the free continental breakfast was very good. Liked the set up for the meal.

A waste of money, very...
Liked: The property was dirty unsafe it smells like urine and feces homeless people was living in the hallway. They were standing by your car. There were no towels. The water didn’t work the whole place need to be shut down.
Disliked: There is nothing that I liked about it should be shut down. It was unclean and unsafe. I wouldn’t send my enemy there.

Liked: The AC worked well.
Disliked: Bad internet connection. WIFI turning off during business meeting. Don't mention breakfast at all. This is deceptive and even to say " breakfast item" is deceptive. Tell the truth that you only get a granola bar and coffee. Also, have coffee available to guest more than from 6:00am - 9:00am. There were not any clean towels when the attendant came to take the dirty linens away. Have a stocked cabinet for attendant staff so they can do their jobs at one time instead of having to run back and forth to give people towels or any clean supplies.It took well over 20 minutes for the front desk staff to answer the telephone. Not their fault at all. Hire at least one more person to work shifts so that the front desk person is not trying to handle the operations alone. This would also be an extra set of protection for the front desk staff. The area where the location is had a lot of shady people outside of the establishment. There needs to be at least two people in the front office at all times. Stop being cheap.
