Disliked: I upgraded for a great room for my family, but it had damage in the room, so they put me in a room that was old looking not a upgraded room they put as in.

Liked: The room was all done the hall ways look wore out the carpet look very good

Disliked: The front desk representative Eddie was terrible being the only person left with all the responsibilities in the hotel Eddie should not be able to encounter customers in any business he needs a final write up for handling the issue in such of a manor and I will contact corporate to see that he is given disciplinary approach and confirmed

Horrible I'll never go there...

Liked: I didn't like anything this place was disgusting the maids came in my room unannounced several times the walls had burgers snot and other bodily fluids it was absolutely disgusting!
Disliked: Everything!
