Days Inn by Wyndham Greenville

Disliked: The staff seemed very unhappy and unwilling to help. I called the desk to ask about possible delivery options - he told me he had a menu but would not tell me the types of food they served. Said I needed to come to the desk to view it myself.

Disliked: There were no towels in the room to take a shower and there was no hot water.

Disliked: They canceled our with out telling us.They canceled our stay because we didn't check in by 5pm. Never contacted us to tell us either!

All in all, I should’ve...

Liked: The affordable pride was the reason we booked for one night. We just wanted a quick getaway from home. I had my doubts before booking and I should’ve just went with my first mind. Other than the price BEFORE the actual stay, there isn’t ANYTHING to like about staying here.
Disliked: •The infestation of bugs (If you’re bringing food to put in mini fridge, DONT DO IT! This just makes the critters hungry and more likely to run up on you)•The half way cleaning of the room (beside the beds/on the mattress undercarriage were filthy) •The poor customer service from the front desk concierge especially when it came to their lack of concern about my issues that were brought to them before I left and decided to contact customer service online which didn’t do me any justice either

Liked: Love the location. If you’re from Greenville it’s nice to be right in the middle of everything. Pool was nice also
Disliked: Room smelled of urine.

Ok for a Night, Roaches,...

Liked: I booked the room 1 night because it had a pool, check in was at 3, but we didn’t arrive until 7pm, shortly after settling into our room and getting food, they shut the pool down right before it became dark out. So that was a disappointment. Also, upon further observation I noticed the pool looked like it had been a min since they cleaned it or cleaned it properly. This place DOES have roaches. I killed at least 6, babies and big ones. I was only staying one night, to get sleep, so I didn’t mention it to the desk. But yes, an exterminator is needed at this place. Bed was nice, but the frame was broken and the mattress nearly flipped when sitting on the edge. All in all for the money and the amount of time spent there, it wasn’t bad. Really wish the pool was accessible later in the evening.
