Disliked: The towels were dirty with brown stains, no clean sheets or pillows, bed was dirty with spots on the mattress, smoke stain everywhere

Pay less but get same...

Liked: Value for money. Same cleanliness, same bed, same breakfast in Holiday Inn or Fairfield Inn would have cost atleast 50% more.
Disliked: Toilet seat cover could have been tightened better.

Liked: The staff is very polite, friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: The breakfast was not healthy, bagles with jam and butter everyday or make yourself waffle or have regular cereal.Housekeeping was lacking, they cleaned on the first day and the rest i had to do for myself.Lovely location but definitely in need of upgrade.Location has a lot of potential but very much neglected or purposely neglected.Needs pest control treatment.
