Liked: The low price was the only “likable” thing about this property.
Disliked: I booked here because it advertised free breakfast and free airport shuttle. I had a 6am flight and breakfast starts at 6am, so I didn’t get the benefit of free breakfast. I also called the property the day before checkin to confirm the free shuttle. I was assured there was a shuttle, and I would get to the airport in time to check my luggage and make the flight. The day of checkin I reconfirmed the shuttle and questioned the 5am pickup time considering I needed to check a bag at the ticket counter. The person checking me in said a 5am pickup was plenty of time since the airport was only 5 minutes away. I was at the locked front desk/lobby at 4:59am. I waited until 5:10am before I started looking for an Über. The Über arrived at 5:15am with still no airport shuttle in sight. I will not be staying at this location for my future flights. In addition to the disappointing free breakfast & shuttle letdowns when I settled into the room I noticed there was only 1 (dirty-looking) bath towel even though the reservation was for 2 person occupancy. I called the front desk twice and let the phone ring for several minutes each time. My hope was the phone would transfer to the phone the worker had with him. Eventually I left the room and walked to the front desk to ask for more towels and wash cloths. No one was there. The worker met me in the parking lot, and I requested the linens (which he did get for me). When I returned to the room I realized I didn’t have a hand towel for the sink or a bath mat/floor towel for the shower either. By then I was done trying to track down anyone to help. I used the original, dirty-looking towel for the floor and used the cleaner bath towel for my shower as well as for the sink. Overall it was a very disappointing stay, but there was a mini fridge and a microwave.

Liked: Room was decent and bed was comfy
Disliked: No toilet paper or towels in the room at all and no one brought it throughout our weekend there. Had to buy my own.

Disappointing due to poor property...

Liked: Slept well despite the kids and dog in the room next door. Good television and channels available.
Disliked: Property was is in fair to poor condition, however, management are new owners and seem to be making progress on improving it. Breakfast was minimal and below usual Days Inn standards.

Liked: Horrible!There were no towels in the rooms when we arrived. No tissues in the Room. Outlets were horrible. Vents were dusty. Holes in walls.Did not clean our room.Did not understand English. Hard to communicate. Trash everywhere.
