Days Inn by Wyndham Grand Island I-80

Not great

Disliked: When we arrived, the hotel told us they would be charging a $50 deposit that would be refunded after we checked out upon inspection. We were given the total of our room, paid it and went on our way. 2 weeks after, we were not refunded the full deposit and after reaching out multiple times to find out why, they told us it was because there was a system error when we checked in and they didn't end up charging us taxes on the room, so they just deducted it from our deposit instead. No heads up or warning about it.

Liked: I left to early for breakfast. I am sure it would have been as excellent as the rest of my sray was.

Liked: They called the room to make sure everything was going good. Layout of room is nice. The fee for dogs is agreeable.
Disliked: The additional $50 fee should be included in the room if they are going to charge it.

Liked: Close to the interstate
Disliked: The only room they offered was a handicap accessible room. Water was all throughout the bathroom after showering so you had to wear shoes to use the restroom. Breakfast was just waffles, yogurt and toast

Superb

Liked: The room was clean and had nice amenities. The beds were extremely comfortable, and there was not much sound heard through the walls, hallway, or traffic outside. I also appreciate the emails sent to allow me the option to check in early and checkout on line.Location to the highway was wonderful.
Disliked: We arrived in the evening to check in. The gentleman at the front desk was not very personable. Very little conversation. He did his job, checked us in, and gave us the key. Certainly, it was a fast process.

Nice stay.

Liked: The Days Inn was right off I-80. Easy access to interstate and close to both Grand Island and Hasting.
Disliked: I did not like the $50.00 deposit, that would be returned in 2 to 12 days.
