Liked: When I got locked out of my room the second night, a nice lady helped me get a new key as whoever checked me in only checked me in for one night when I paid for 3 nights
Disliked: I stayed from March 31st until April 4th. I was never given a do not disturb sign, and no one came to check to see if I needed clean towels. The pillows were like couch throw pillows and very small to sleep on

Bug bites drove me away.

Disliked: I stopped here to sleep before heading down to SoCal. I had a very restless sleep and woke up at 2:30. I could go back to sleep so I left at 3 am. When I got home I noticed bites all over my head, neck, arms, feet and belly. I decided to go to Urgent Care and seek help. The nurse practitioner told me I had bug bites all over my exposed body. I got some antibiotics and steroid creme for $20, my insurance paid for the visit. I called the hotel and told them of my condition and asked for my money back. After a week, the manager left a message that his pest control report showed no bed bugs and would not refund me my nights stay of $99.90. He did offer to pay for the cost of my medication, $20. So he offered to pay for the meds for the bites that evidently didn't happen at his property. I have notified Booking.com and Wyndam of this problem and still insist on my full refund of my stay. I didn't ask for him to pay for the meds.
