Our stay was okay.

Liked: Customer service was very nice. Everything was clean and towels/wash cloths were changed everyday as well as trash taken out. Coffee was available at all times. Everywhere we needed to go was very close to the hotel. The shower had nice pressure. Air conditioning was fine (until it went off, then it got very muggy and warm in the room). There were plenty of lights and the television was okay.
Disliked: There were no dressers for our clothing. The coffee pot was the old style (most use the "pod" type, but that's me being picky), toilets were very small. (my husband is 6'3" and he had to use the facilities down in the lobby) and slow flushing. The microwave was unusually loud.

Liked: Convenient, great local amenities, clean, great parking.
Disliked: Breakfast options not as good, but plenty of local options made up for it. Refrigerator didn’t work, didn’t try the microwave. Beds a bit hard
