Great stay at a budget...

Liked: Good location and nice standard amenities. Breakfast was simple but sufficient, staff were very good and accommodating to our needs. Property is a little outdated but it’s not rundown or dirty. Room service was friendly and regular.
Disliked: Some of the fixtures need updating.

Liked: The staff was very accommodating and friendly.
Disliked: I don't have any complaints. The building is old but I knew that going in. Everything was nice and the free breakfast and staff and nice pool made up for the old building things. The neighborhood might be a little sketchy but we still had a wonderful stay.

Upset but hopeful

Liked: It's super close to my Doctors office that I travel 4hrs to see monthly. It's also the cheapest online. The lady that is usually there in the evenings when I arrive is so super sweet and helpful! Also the manager is really nice, understanding and helpful!
Disliked: The last time I stayed I was made to switch rooms like 4 times because something was wrong with each room like TV broken or AC not working. Was told by manager that he would help alleviate some of my worries by helping me get a discount the next time I had an appointment so when I got my next appointment I called and asked to speak to him and the gentleman that was working that day at about 3pm was exceptionally rude to me and when he kept yelling "MA'AM, MA'AM" over and over I asked to speak to a manager and he hung up on me then proceeded to keep hanging up on me when I'd try to call back. Luckily I found the managers number he gave me that day we spoke and he's going to help me but I don't appreciate the staff member that was rude. He should NOT be working there! To yell and curse at someone is ridiculous!

Motel stay

Liked: I always stay here close to hospital
Disliked: They put me on second floor far from elevator they bathroom door was all to pieces food in refrigerator I was very disappointed in my stay this time
