Disliked: The water from the shower was all around the room my baggage. And all my cloths and shoes were wet and it was all flooded the room

Disliked: The room was dirty, the bed sheets had stains on them and the shower hose was broken. When I called the front desk to get another room the woman was rude, unapologetic& didnt even offer a new room. I had to demand one. Tried calling manger wont call me

Liked: The staff was amazing &very nice but the rooms omg horrible. We had 2 request 3 different rooms. 1st room smelled like there was a smoke party inside b4 we arrived. 2nd room I believe it was 377 the bathroom was all paint sprayed up. The bathroom door
Disliked: was hard to close & the floor was sticky because of the spray paint. 3 rd room the pillow stink as cigarets. It was so disgusting . Staff rating I would give a 10 but the rooms omg way below a zero. Stay away
