Liked: The staff was very friendly.
Disliked: The rooms were horribly dirty and damaged. The first room we got was horrible. Stains everywhere. The walls, blanket, pillows, curtains, and carpets were filthy with what looked like either blood or nicotine. There were burn holes in the blankets. It says no smoking but the rooms smelled like cigarettes. The staff was kind enough to move us. We got a two bed room. One bed was horrible but the other was okay. Still smelled like cigarettes and had some stains on the walls but not as bad.

Liked: The room, bathroom and bed sheets etc was clean.
Disliked: I did not like the fact that the front desk associate made a copy of the back of my credit card with the security code. This was done without my authorization and knowledge and am very concerned. I thought and then approached the associate that this was my concern and he said not to worry and that it was done for the hotels security, well what about the security of the guest I told him and I had to force him to at least scratch off the security code from the x-copy of my card. The reception area was quite shabby. The coffee in the room tasted terrible, the worst I have had.
