For price it was fine....

Liked: Was convenient to beach, and food places. The non carpeted floors were cool considering we visited the beach and sand was everywhere. Staff was friendly. Extra towels were provided when asked.
Disliked: The free breakfast wasn't mentioned at all. Our last day we seen a roach in the bathroom. The door was jacked up; scan part was so loose you would think only glue holding it on to actual door, you had to slam the door to shut it. It just wasn't as safe as you would think.

Disliked: I wanted to put 0 it wouldn't let me. Customer service was Absolutely horrible. We had issues with the TV and said something about it several times and was told the internet was down and it happens often. The only solution they offered was to switch the TV setting from HDMI to Tv which had only one channel. We decided to check out early and was charged for an extra night since we didn't give a 24hr notice. We only chose to leave due to their lack of willingness to solve the problem. WE WILL NOT BE BACK

Great price and great customer...

Liked: The lady at the front desk was very friendly and polite. The place is way better than other much more expensive hotels. This place has everything you need for your stay and it even includes breakfast. Beds are super comfortable. Unbeatable price for all the things you get and the great customer service experience.
