The facility location is convenient.

Disliked: Not enough towels and wash clothes

Liked: It was very clean and quiet and it’s conveniently located near food and family.
Disliked: Phones in the rooms were not operational.

Liked: Wasn't to far from nih where my son is having a stem cell transplant
Disliked: Water didn't get hot , reserved a non smoking room was given a smoking room first night. Had to switch rooms 3 times, was accused of staining towels that we didn't do had to pay for them.
