Liked: I like the excellent tub and rooms clean and comfortable the people were nice and I like the pool it's was very clean had a good breakfast but like hot breakfast
Disliked: It didn't have a coffee pot and the bed was uncomfortable

Liked: Staff was very nice, rooms were clean! Cleaning crew made sure we had everything we needed! I will definitely stay again!!

Liked: The location is perfect.
Disliked: The microwave was broken. I asked to swap out the microwave, because I was staying at this hotel for 3 nights for work. The night manager informed me that he didn't know how to do that and didn't want to get in trouble for doing something he wasn't allowed to do. The towels and sheets both had makeup on them. The fridge wouldn't keep things cold, I have to keep medications refridgerated, but the minifride wouldn't get reasonable cold. The parking lot and landscaping is full of litter and trash. I've stayed here 3 times previously and had a great experience. It is very obvious that this property has either changed management or the management has stopped caring. Other guests were discussing the state of the property every morning during breakfast.
