Over promised and under delivered...

Disliked: Literally crack heads are walking up and down the street, ac in room didn’t work properly and was barely cool enough to say it was working, breakfast was non existent at 6:45am when it opened at 6 (6 muffins, some bread for toasting, cereal with no milk and coffee, juice was barely even in the tanks. Room smelled mildewed, no plug in bath tub and door would stick so it wouldn’t shut unless you pushed hard to open or shut it. Water in bathroom sink doesn’t turn off and tv only worked on one channel only. Would have been nice to have known a $150 deposit was going to be needed when booking the hotel, the girl at the front desk was so timid you could barely hear her through the safety glass.

Disliked: This was a messy, unorganized, dirty hotel. Not American owned & operated & after this experience we will only stay at American owned hotels.

Disliked: Customer service was horrible.
