Stay Away!!!!!!!

Liked: We liked the; location, cleaning lady (super sweet) and maintenance man.
Disliked: Stay away!! It was absolutely awful. Before I list everything I would like to say we were treated as an inconvenience right off the rip, before we even needed any help. The attitudes we received were unwarranted and unnecessary. The bad part, the attitudes came before we even noticed issues with the rooms and we were literally just checking in. We booked two rooms because we were traveling with children. The upstairs TV wasn't even actually set up and the downstairs TV was missing a remote and when we politely asked for one we were asked if we even checked the room. We did. The rooms should have been ready when we got there considering we arrived after 10pm. I mean, we are the customer and were paying to be there. After she visibly showed her frustration; she brought a remote, slammed it down on the dresser, walked out and never came back. The TV still didn't work. Luckily the maintenance man was walking around and we were able to stop him to ask him for help the next day. The night of we went back in the office to ask for management and we were told, "not here...here's the *business* card." The bathroom doors did not shut in the rooms. If you were able to get it shut, you were stuck inside it and someone had to let you out. Meth pipes were by the stairs. Grown men peeing in the pool while beside it (which several other visitors were speaking about). Dead bugs were in the microwave. The AC in the upstairs room totally needs the motor replaced....it sounded like a jet taking off so your choice was to hear that all night or be hot. The refrigerator upstairs did not work and was nasty. When we checked the mattress for bugs, we were met with bodily fluid stains. The door upstairs was not fully shut but it did lock. My guess someone had previously kicked it in. We walked in the upstairs room to find trash on the bed and on the vanity. Don't even get me started on the used garments under the ac. That was a gross find.

I’m glad it wasn’t expensive

Liked: The staff was friendly, the pool was nice and the location
Disliked: It was outdated. My TV wouldn’t change channel, the microwave was rusty and the toilet pressure was terrible

Stay somewhere else

Liked: Not much pool was bare didn’t look clean. Needs attention. No breakfast went for coffee and dry creamer no attention to detail. Lady at desk wasn’t friendly at all! Room had dead roach on shelf under sink I know there are roaches but I don’t want to see dead ones where I brush my teeth! Mattress was terrible hip hurt next morning. No HBO. Most likely wouldn’t stay again!

Liked: I was able to check in early.
Disliked: The location was sketchy. Felt like I was surrounded by dangerous people. The room was very run down. The people in the rooms beside us were hollering at each other and could hear people knocking on the room beside us all the time of the night. Didn't feel safe at all. Luckily, it was just me and my spouse. Do not stay here with kids.
