The value was balanced.

Liked: Staff was quick to solve problem when it arose. I had to move to another room for part of my stay bit it was handled with great professionalism.
Disliked: The pool was locked.

Disliked: no towel place to hang a towel toilet to low to the ground

Liked: Room was comfortable, enjoyed the lounge very much.
Disliked: The bat smell of sewer water when you walk into the lobby giving an impression of a run down place.

Disliked: The a/c unit in room 123 was ridiculously loud. Annoying during trying to sleep.

Convenient and clean

Disliked: No hot water in sink. No closet, hair dryer didn’t work and was never fixed or replaced
