The mineral springs were beautiful!They might want to update the plumbing though - it was a little slow. The customer service was great. The front desk knew you by face - they even offered to switch us to a room downstairs when they saw my cane.

Liked: We had a nice, relaxing stay.

Very close to hertz arena.Will...

Liked: Location.Evening and morning staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Bathroom could have been a little cleaner.Bed was pretty worn but not that bad.

Would never stay again.

Liked: Location to FGCU
Disliked: Badly done renovations. 2 worn flimsy towels and toilet running all night. Tiki Bar music blasting at 1 am. Breakfast consisted of cold coffee white bread, eggs, waffle machine with no waffle mix or syrup. They brought out 4 scrambled eggs out at a time for the 12 or more people that were there. For $180. A night. Ummm no.
