Broken Microwave, mediocre service

Liked: The bed was comfortable, so the 3 in the score was because of that. However, everything else was not satisfactory at all.
Disliked: I arrived late on a trip from Florida. I was very hungry, as I had not eaten all day. I had some frozen food with me that I was planning to heat in the microwave. Unfortunately, the microwave in the room had no power. It was obviously broken, yet still a part of the room amenities. I called the front desk and asked if I could come to the front desk and use the one in the lobby. The lady told me that she could not unlock the lobby after certain hours, granted it was about 12 a.m., which I understood. However, I asked if I could get another microwave oven or room change. She said no maintenance was available and I could go to the SleepIn hotel next door and asked to use their!! As flabbergasted as I was, I followed her suggestion as I was very hungry and could not eat a frozen fish diner. So, my survival instinct proceeded my anger.Additionally, the housekeeping aspect was unimpressive with residual hairs in the bathtub and on one of the washcloth.Nice location with a lot of potential to be great. A change of management or staff could transform it into a more pleasant environment.

Liked: Ending was clean as well as the bathroom.
Disliked: Air conditioner leaked all over the floor to the point when you stepped on the floor, water was obviously under the flooring. Floor was absolutely filthy. Homeless man confronted us and asked if we would buy him a room for the night as we were unloading the vehicle. No elevators. Granted it was a fair price if the facility was clean. Tv didn’t work in 2 of the four rooms we rented. Plus there was two tvs in my room.

Liked: Close to highway
Disliked: Old and outdated , the floors weren’t cleaned at all, which was gross, we stayed two nights the second time there was a cockroach in the room. Mold on walls and bathroom and walls broken …

Disliked: Floor was dirty, bed sheets were stained

A disappointing stay, saved only...

Liked: Nothing, except that the sheets were clean and, since I arrived late, I found the key cards and the form ready.
Disliked: The breakfast was truly disappointing – if you can even call it “breakfast.” The coffee was bad, there was no fruit, and the hard-boiled eggs were already peeled and packed two by two in plastic bags… not very appetizing. The equipment is old and gives off a run-down, almost neglected vibe.
