Liked: The juice at breakfast and the shower.
Disliked: The first front desk clerk was extremely rude as if I had done something to her. I came to check in and not be treated as if I was her enemy. I made a reservation through Booking.com and she stated, "They're not going to extend your stay and extra night!" Who is they and what gave her the right to say that like she did. And who is "they"?The floors in the rooms are filthy. The floors need to be mopped after each guest, not going over with a dust mop. It made absolutely no sense how much it needed to be wet mopped. I took the time to spray and clean the floor, because I bring my own cleaning supplies.The smoke detector was off the wall and the tv had an awful like down the center. The lamps didn't have bulbs. And yes, spray for roaches, please

Disliked: People were fighting, arguing, and drunk near my door very hard to go to sleep.I also never received the $50 hold back onto my debit card.

Liked: I didn’t like anything besides the location was okay.
Disliked: It was dirty, the first room (non-smoking) we got the door didn’t even close you could just push it open. we went to go get a new room and the person put us in a smoking room when we asked for a non-smoking room. the walls were filthy, it obviously stunk like smoke so we had to get a room spray to diminish it. Then the shower you got no cold water.

Disliked: we received an attitude from the front desk attendant the second we walked in. When we received the room, it was CLEAR that the room was not cleaned before it was given to us. There was money (change) on the floor along with hairbands, crumbs, and mud, while bathroom had urine on the floor and the toilet seat. The pillow covers had crusted what I can only assume is ketchup on them along with unknown yellow and brown stains. The nightstand and table were covered in sticky residue.When brought to the attention of the attendant she responded "Okay." and told us to contact the second party we booked on.
