Disappointing and not restful.

Liked: ground floor, handicap accessible
Disliked: Neighbors loud and obnoxious. Child picking in my window giving me the finger and sticking her tongue at me. Laughed to myself at first and closed the curtain most of the way, but I wanted to keep an eye on my car. Called front desk. Said they would call them. Not really solved. I just decided to put up with them since there was no way to handle moving after driving all day.

Rude clerk and incorrect policy...

Liked: Absolutely nothing!! So much that we didn’t even stay. The check in was terrible enough that we cancelled our stay and left.
Disliked: The front desk clerk was extremely rude! Too busy talking to her friends who were loud and obnoxious and she acted put out to even do her job. The hotel policy states “pet fees may apply” on the site without giving a clear price. Upon arrival a sign on the desk said “$10 per PET” the clerk went to run my card and stated it was declined. I use a card for travel that I put on file that I had only put enough money for my reservation on it plus a bit extra for the pet fees so I knew it should be enough if it was only $10. She very rudely informed me that it is $11 not $10 per NIGHT. I said well you should have the sign stating the terms correctly which she proceeded to interrupt me and state she had nothing to do with that. I let it go and just asked if she could change our reservation to just one night as it was late at night and we had been traveling for 14hrs. Again, VERY rudely she said I’d have to cancel my reservation myself through Booking and make a new one. I asked her if I’d get charged twice and she basically yelled at me saying she hadn’t taken my money! I was blown back as I hadn’t said anything to that effect. Trying to rephrase my question, thinking she may have misunderstood me, I was again rudely interrupted as she restated that she hadn’t taken my money!! Too tired to even deal with it any further I just asked her to cancel anything on her end and left.

Disliked: No maid service breakfast was waffle and cereal there wasn't even a toaster.I had my own bagels and went to the hotel next door to toast my bagels.I was out for the day and came back around 430 I went to get fresh towels and the front desk told me they only give out fresh towels from 9 to 3 what horse crap that is.At check inn they don't even tell you.People have thin gs to do not sit around a hotel just to get anything.So bottom line is if you need toilet paper,soap,towels ect and its after 3 pm tough luck.Thats B's and wrong you pay enough money as it is.At check in and check out staff are not friendly or cheerfully.I wont stay there again

All in all it was...

Liked: Room very clean. Price half of the other options nearby. Very friendly staff.
Disliked: A bit noisy. The first room we were given the door wouldn't open. The second room one of the bedside lamps wouldn't turn on. I had to squeeze by the toilet to get out of the bathroom because otherwise you couldn't open the door in the tiny bathroom and the toilet paper holder was broken and I have to twist to get the toilet paper off the toilet tank. All very minor inconveniences but they add up.

Liked: The rooms were very nice... better than expected. We had clean towels and nice fluffy blankets, pillows, and overall comfortable beds. I had a desk to set up my laptop and paperwork. We had microwave & fridge for when we ate out or ordered in and need to heat up or keep our leftovers fresh. The area was surrounded with restaurants, gas stations, and shopping outlets. The breakfast was very fulfilling with a variety of food items.
Disliked: What I didn't like was how the keys deactivated when near cell phones, ear pods, or key fob. We had to go to the front desk to reactivate our keys. I also think that they could've had scrambled eggs and at least one meat added to the breakfast menu. That would complete and make it an awesome.
