Days Inn by Wyndham Florence Cincinnati Area

We had the misfortune of being in town when there were concerts, conferences etc. - basically lots of out of town guests, so this was pretty much our only option and frankly, that's the only reason we stayed there.

Liked: Convenient to restaurants.
Disliked: Looked a bit run down; the bathroom was not particularly clean.

Disappointing

Liked: The hotel is run down but seems to be getting renovated. The room was clean enough.location was convenient but there is a lot of traffic noise from the highway. There is also only one elevator. If you are on the opposite end you may have a long walk or climb several flights of stairs to get to your room.

Liked: Staff accommodated us with another room
Disliked: Smoking room that we didn't choose and check in was slow

A place to stay

Liked: There was maid service each day.It was close to the highway.AC worked good.Staff were friendly
Disliked: They had no breakfast..You had to keep signing in on the internet.For the money you pay they could at least have breakfast

Disliked: Smelled a little like it was fumigated recently in the halls but it was ok.

Liked: Easy access, plenty of close by restaurants

Decent cheap place to stay

Liked: It was fairly quite and decently clean. Staff was nice and helpful
Disliked: There was no breakfast like the website said and the “market” was basically empty and coffee was almost always empty.

Very poor

Disliked: The hotel forced a $50 holding deposit per room, and I had booked 3 rooms. Instead of releasing the holding deposit 2 days after check out, they charged $150 plus taxes on my credit card.The manager is busy blaming his juniors instead of correcting the error I'm still waiting for my $150 even now

Liked: Close to a lot of restaurants Waffle House was our favorite
Disliked: No free breakfast option that says in description
