Days Inn by Wyndham Florence Cincinnati Area

We had the misfortune of being in town when there were concerts, conferences etc. - basically lots of out of town guests, so this was pretty much our only option and frankly, that's the only reason we stayed there.

Liked: Convenient to restaurants.
Disliked: Looked a bit run down; the bathroom was not particularly clean.

Comfortable and Affordable

Liked: Easy access to interstate. If you sensitive to traffic noise, not the place for you. Room was clean and comfortable. Housekeepers were friendly while desk clerks were “dry” in demeanor.
Disliked: Traffic noise from interstate.

Liked: Staff was professional and helpful

Liked: Location, price and comfort.
Disliked: Have done the pre- check in twice for this place but still had to go through it again when arriving there. No big deal but won't waste my time doing it on-line next time.

Dirty mattress

Liked: The night clerk was calm and patient with me while we tried to fix a Booking.com problem. I was charged and had a receipt but the facility kept getting a decline from Booking.com.
Disliked: In the morning, we noticed hair in the tub. But the most disturbing was when I stripped the bed after I a water bottle leaked on the bed. The mattress was filthy and had an unpleasant odor. I took pictures to show the morning staff. The clerk was pleasant enough and, at first, was disturbed by the photos. He seemed to recover quickly, saying the mattress was getting replaced soon. I recommended he have housekeeping clean it before making it available again. He just smiled and said thank you.
