Don't book - nothing like...

Liked: Not much, to be honest. Pizza express on hand.
Disliked: Was nothing like the description given. Dogs everywhere, however, not expecting poo all over the place. The family room was supposed to have two single beds. We got two mattresses on the floor, one with no base at all. That on a very dirty and disgusting floor, absolutely shocking. Looked more like beds for dogs! The decor, curtains all falling apart. Dirty and filthy everywhere. Too noisy can hear noise all night. Breakfast was not nice. The best thing was the hot drinks from a machine.

Dirty rooms, really poor service.....

Disliked: The first room we were given hadn't been cleaned.. bag of rubbish, dirty bathroom, dirty towels on the floor, unclean beds, dirty surfaces and the floor hadn't been hoovered.Got given a second room.. dirty services and the floor was disgustingHad to wait almost an hour for the girl on reception to give a once over on the first room which I just gave up and accepted due to the time of night and needing to get my son to bed with no apology whatsoever.I'll never book here again.Had another Days Inn booked for the following night but didn't chance going and booked a different hotel instead.

Comfortable just what I needed

Liked: Clean, smelt fresh,
Disliked: Had to pay extra for parking despite one of the questions on the website asking about parking and the reply was that it was free.

Disliked: Rats running about outside bathroom needed a deep clean wall tiles marked and bathroom door was filthyWe booked 2 family rooms and only got 1 I asked at reception and they told me they were fully booked and couldn’t change a room .Rats were running around outside the building one of the staff said they were like family 😳

Liked: I booked this hotel as it was the half way point of my journey. Location is excellent as it's actually on the m3 and doesn't require a detour
Disliked: Night team member was nonchalant. Rooms were dirty both bathroom doors were dirty with splashes. Bathroom tiles in one room were dirty. Both rooms were dirty round edges and in corners
