Don't stay

Liked: Uncomfortable bed, dirty room, dont think it had been hoovered! Extra security lock on inside of door half missing, food wrappers and packaging under the bed. Stains all over the carpets, no dusting or hoovering had been done in that room for a long long time. Absolutely disgusting

Liked: The friendliness of the staff was outstanding. We were travelling with 2 dogs and they made us feel incredibly welcome.

Just wat I needed ...

Liked: The breakfast was nice ..however ..it was very bizarre why U had to pay extra for toast and black pudding .....Location was good......Samantha the general manager was nice...n even gave me some great directions to Farnborough ...but cudnt fins on the way back......
Disliked: The bath was a bit slippy...I know it had signs up ..but I nearly slipped getting out on one of the mornings ....There needs too be plugs by side of bed so as to plug phone charger in.....overnight ..the plug sockets were across the room.....

Liked: Good location
Disliked: No spare pillows, I can't sleep with only one and no spares at reception. The one I had rustled and was filthy. Had to fashion something with my towel. Didn't sleep well. It's a shame because I've stayed here a few times before with no problems.

Liked: The ladies on reception were lovely.
Disliked: Daniel on reception was extremely rude on both occasions. (Check in, and on Saturday night) We stayed 3 nights and the room wasn't cleaned at all, had to keep asking for cups, towels etc.
