Days Inn by Wyndham Federal Way

Filthy grounds; room falling apart; room felt dirty. I couldn't wait to get out. Continental breakfast from 6 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. - there was no food at 9:15 a.m. - that was probably a good thing considering how dirty the place was. Way overpriced for the quality. I asked for a receipt at checkout and got a handwritten note on a piece of scratch paper. Run, run far away.

Liked: Easy to get onto I5, and near everything.
Disliked: Old hotel.

False Advertising

Liked: Location was the best part - close to freeways and walking distance to convenient stores and food.
Disliked: The booking said that there would be breakfast provided (and the staff confirmed this upon check in) , however, there was never any food. There was coffee every morning but no food at all. There was also a very loud pipe sound that came from the bathroom, which occurred every 15-20 minutes without fail. The room was clean but VERY old - dresser drawers didn't work and the metal rods in the "closet" had rust on it.

Disappointing

Liked: Clean room.
Disliked: Hallway carpet not clean. TV difficult to watch easily. Bag breakfast was a surprise.

Disappointing

Liked: There are so many people smoking in front of the room.Especially when it's hot, you start walk up to your room, that's all you can smell. Just cigarette smells.Room are okay.

Disliked: No breakfast options. Just get a bag of food and a bottle juice. Room needs updates. Outlets missing covers. Bad lighting. Toilet was wobbly. No coffee options in room.

Horrible, obvious wet floor damage...

Liked: Nothing. I'll never stay there again.
Disliked: Well as I arrived in my room the refrigerator was open & a towel was on the floor. The floor was flooded from the fridge. I went to the office. A maid came & mopped up the water. The next morning the in room coffee maker did not work. I requested another. By day 3 I had to ask for more towels & my garbage to be taken out. That didn't happen until I went again to the office. There were crickets in the room. They are good luck. But I was but in the neck by some bug. Likely a spider as I already flushed one down the toilet. The final reason I left at midnight was some gal trying to sing at the top of her lungs, she could not sing at midnight. She woke me up. I packed up and left at midnight. The breakfast was a micowavable sandwich & juice. Very poor. I do not recommend this hotel.

It was not the best....

Liked: The breakfast was very disappointing.A brown sack with food wrapped in plastic.The coffer bar was good. :)
Disliked: The room was passable.The neighbors, in the room next to us were partying until 4:45 am the first night.Two other nights people were standing outside our room, or sitting on the stairs, talking and laughing loudly until after 2am.It was very disturbing.Parking was also a problem, as we had a truck, and space is accommodating to cars specifically.

Inexpensive and convenient

Liked: Staff was accommodating. Grounds could have used a good scrubbing. Loved the nighttime lighting in parking lot. Breakfast was basic but nutritious. Quiet location.
Disliked: Peeling paint in shower. Facility needed remodeling. Dresser had no drawers.
