Filthy grounds; room falling apart; room felt dirty. I couldn't wait to get out. Continental breakfast from 6 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. - there was no food at 9:15 a.m. - that was probably a good thing considering how dirty the place was. Way overpriced for the quality. I asked for a receipt at checkout and got a handwritten note on a piece of scratch paper. Run, run far away.

Liked: Days Inn Federal Way has the best staff and the location is ideal. My cat absolutely loves the place, every time we come here, he relaxes like he is at home and so does the rest of the family. It’s welcoming, we love this hotel.

Unsettling and unsafe stay

Disliked: The property was sooo sketchy and the facility was very very old and broken down and the walls are very thin. There was quite a lot of mold in the bathroom. The kicker was last night I ordered dinner from a delivery service (met him in the parking lot). He didn’t have my drink, but that wasn’t a big deal. It was late and I just wanted to eat and go to sleep. About 30 minutes later there was a loud knock on my door - it was the delivery guy with my drink. I was already in my pajamas and settling for the night so I told him through the door to take the drink. How did he know what room I was in? He went to the front desk and the attendant told him MY FULL NAME AND ROOM NUMBER!! I called the front desk and she said it was a busy night and the office was full - she saw the drink and just gave him the information IN FYONT OF A FULL ROOM OF PEOPLE!! The attendant this morning was mortified when I told her and refunded my charge for the room, which I appreciated.
