Days Inn by Wyndham Federal Way

Filthy grounds; room falling apart; room felt dirty. I couldn't wait to get out. Continental breakfast from 6 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. - there was no food at 9:15 a.m. - that was probably a good thing considering how dirty the place was. Way overpriced for the quality. I asked for a receipt at checkout and got a handwritten note on a piece of scratch paper. Run, run far away.

Liked: Easy to get onto I5, and near everything.
Disliked: Old hotel.

Disliked: Very dated facility; odd thumping/banging sound other side of bathroom wall, which I noticed was housekeeping storeroom!?

Disliked: Crack heads in the parking lot no place to park due to all the broken down cars. Rude staff just a bad experience.

Superb

Liked: Staff is friendly rooms are clean and comfortable. Love the staff ,always getting our request handled quickly.
Disliked: Air conditioner wasn't working was a little warm. No refrigerator had to request.

Liked: All the staff were so helpful and kind. The front desk staff were particularly helpful. I REALLY appreciated them.liked the breakfast, which was handed to me in a bag and had a variety of complementary foods and beverages.
Disliked: It was great. The facilities in general could use a facelift
