Disliked: The toilet was pretty loose, and if you sat near the edge, it was like a teeter totter in the bathroom did have some mold to it in the tub and at one time it had like a spa tub, but that definitely did not work at this time

Liked: Excellent Customer Service! The manager came to see if our room was alright. It was! Nice and quiet! Very comfortable!
Disliked: Everything was good!

Loved the location, nothing else...

Liked: location, intown visiting family, but the bathroom had hair in the shower and the property has construction pallets surrounding the outside.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful!
Disliked: The hallways, stairwells, and room were very dirty. The room had holes in the walls, bugs, and I even found a screw on the floor.

Disliked: Water heater must have been shot. After 3 minutes on turning hot water for shower, the water was ice cold. Upon entering room, the room temp had to be about 45 degrees. After turning the room heater, it took about 3 hours to get to 70 degrees.
