Loved the location, nothing else...

Liked: location, intown visiting family, but the bathroom had hair in the shower and the property has construction pallets surrounding the outside.
Disliked: cleanliness

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful!
Disliked: The hallways, stairwells, and room were very dirty. The room had holes in the walls, bugs, and I even found a screw on the floor.

It could be great. Need...

Disliked: Water heater must have been shot. After 3 minutes on turning hot water for shower, the water was ice cold. Upon entering room, the room temp had to be about 45 degrees. After turning the room heater, it took about 3 hours to get to 70 degrees.

Disliked: The room was very moldy and mildewy the toilet seat was broken and flushed very slow the sink was very slow the floor by the air conditioner was wet and moldy and musty Construction everywhere!! This hotel doesn't even deserve 1 star!!!

Disliked: Non smoking room had very bad cigarette smell. Room and bath not the cleanest.
