Frustrating and unsatisfying.

Liked: Staff was friendly.
Disliked: They couldn’t find my reservation sent me to another hotel. Then I had to call to confirm and they found my reservation. Upon checking I was given keys to a room that was already occupied so I walked in on a random person. One that was sorted my room was ok but seemed to have been generally cleaned and I found stuff on the bathroom floor.
