Liked: We can’t review this property because when we arrive we got transferred to a different hotel. The receptionist organized everything and she gave us all the information.

Nice stay but overall experience...

Liked: I was relocated at Hilton because of missing room at Days Inn. Room was of proper size and comfy.
Disliked: I was told that relocation comes with same condition. But in the end there wasn't breakfast included, and Hilton breakfast, though I'm sure it is really nice, is a bit expensive.Also we were directed at a parking lot outside hotel (5mn walk so no big deal). But I had to pay for that parking, more than 45 CAD for a simple overnight stay (with no previous indication of parking fee). Was I warned before I would have found cheaper parking at closer location.

Disliked: I picked the Days Inn hotel for the outdoor pool. When we got there, we were informed that they moved our reservation to the Hilton.Unacceptable! We were in Niagara to celebrate for my birthday and looking forward to relaxing by the hotel pool.It ruined my birthday, and we should have been informed in advance for the change due to a private party that the Days Inn was having.Very disappointed and waste of my birthday weekend.
