Amazing and above our expectations...
Liked: The location and upgrade at the same value of the previous hotel. The staff was very accommodating and understanding at Fallsview Hotel. The view from most rooms was spectacular. The high school graduates were so amazed and appreciative of the upgrade. Thank you Booking.com
Disliked: There was nothing to not dislike.

It was an enjoyable overnight...
Liked: We were upgraded from the Days Inn to the Hilton after I called in to confirm our late arrival that evening. The hotel upgrade was nice and the location was convenient to get to the attractions around Niagra Falls.
Disliked: We ended up having to pay for overnight parking which I wasn't expecting. I opted for the cheaper off-site, hotel owned lot a few blocks away. There was a shuttle but the walk wasn't too bad. It would have been nice to know about the paid parking ahead of time.

Liked: Centrally located
Disliked: Icalled the property to inform them about my stay. I mentioned that my husband is not coming, can I get a refund for this. Instead of refund, they said they are upgrading my stay to Hilton Hotel across the road. I was told not to pay anything as booking will be transferred across. At Hilton I was asked pay again. The room offered was on 26th floor 2602, that had wet carpet. The whole room was smelling of urine, the Wi-Fi was not working. When I booked Wyndham there was breakfast included but when this booking was transferred across there was no breakfast. We had to pay separately. When I complained to Hilton staff they said they can only compensate $50. I requested for change of room. We were very disappointed and we left after two day stay. I still have not received refund from booking. Com for 1 night.
