Liked: The Receptionist lady was very understanding when I was trying to tell her my TV didn't work.
Disliked: I booked a King Size Room a week in advance and the day of my reservation I get a phone call telling me they don't have any of those rooms available and that they would need to switch me to a double queen bed. The pool also had a water main leak and the hotel smelled like mold and mildew. Everytime I stay here it always seems that I get woken up either by the Construction people, loud music from people just sitting in their cars, housekeeping at 8 in the morning or the garbage truck. I have decided I won't be staying at this hotel again.

Liked: I like the bed it was very comfortable. Staff is extremely nice, cheerful and helpful. First shift front desks customer response time was a little slow. She wasn't at the desk and when I rang her she said she would be there in a sec, but took her a little longer and she had someone on the phone when she returned and two people in line which isn't bad but could be a little quicker especially for the guests behind me who seemed to be a little irritated.
Disliked: The bathtub was a little dirty and the floor definitely needed mopped and swept. The comforter smelled a little so I believe it's definitely time to wash it. The room should be better once it's remodeled since I didn't get one of the new rooms yet. But all in all I was extremely satisfied with the stay. Oh one problem I did haha though is that at about 10 1030am a housekeeper knocked on the door I told her I was packing up and would be out soon she said ok and left but then I had another housekeeper just walk into the room with out announcing herself or even knocking and it was only about maybe 5 mins after the first one came by. So I didn't appreciate that part cause what if I was changing my clothes or having intercourse or something I mean there is plenty I could have been doing to where here interruption would not have been a very pleasant one.
