Liked: The employees were very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: The shower in our room was broken and our heater/air condirioner was covered in dirt and dust and the settings were written in sharpie.

Unfortunately we will not be...

Liked: My boyfriend and I come to Erie every so often because of the fishing. We stay in different hotels and haven’t specifically found our favorite yet. This hotel was honestly the worst that we have stayed in during our times in Erie. The staff has been nice, especially Jeremiah. Other than that, I would not recommend this hotel. There was no cleanliness to our room whatsoever. When we got to our room originally, our bed spread was covered in cigarette burn holes and the room smelled of cigarettes that were trying to be masked by air freshener. It was to be a non smoking room, as were the other rooms in the building were to be but instantly as you walked in the building where the rooms are, all you smell is cigarettes and weed. We called the front desk and spoke with Jeremiah about getting at least a new bedspread. He came a few mins later and explained the laundry facilities was a mess but that someone on the first shift could bring us a new set. Well the next day, no one came. I went to the front desk and spoke with someone different. I do not know the name of the man, but he did bring a new set. The hardwood floors are also disgusting. This is the second time we had stayed in this hotel and each time the floors were like this. I ended up going and buying floor cleaning pads to clean our room’s floors myself because of how dirty they were. There were random stains throughout the walls of the rooms and bathroom. Our towels were dirty in the room when we got there and even the towels I requested with the bedspread were also dirty. Our last night, the power kept going out throughout the night. I understand that can happen, but no sort of accommodation was provided as we could not utilize the TV, the WiFi, the lights, the microwave, and the fridge because of the power going out. I am not someone to normally express reviews, but the photos that the hotel provides is nothing like in person. Although affordable, it was definitely not worth it.

Horrible

Liked: It was very very dirty. Sheets had yellow and brown stains. I didn’t even take a shower because the faucet was so gross and unclean. Slept on top of my extra clothing because I did not want to touch the pillow case. Also was put in some hallway that is in the back with access to anyone — no keyed entry. And of course woke up to that horrible skunk smell at 2:00am. What a mistake. Worst experience ever. Didn’t sleep a wink.

Needs a lot of work.

Disliked: My sheets were stained with black and blue stuff. The parking lot was so terrible with pot holes. The rooms were not cozy or comfortable.
