It was fine.

Liked: When I first arrived at night I was given a room that was loud and had an unpleasant smell. The next morning, Navita helped me find a more pleasant room and I was very grateful. She was patient and understanding. I truly appreciated her.
Disliked: The odor of the cleaning products was off putting.
