Liked: The location was great. Close to restaurants and the expressway! The room was clean and had no trouble finding my way around.
Disliked: Front desk clerk was very friendly and professional. He gave me information about the facility and my check in was fast. He had a great attitude. Will definitely stay there again!

Disliked: There was a cheap heater put in room since room heater only blew cold air. It was 18 degrees when I checked into my room and they wanted to give me a tiny heater for heat. No thanks. I walked in and walked right back out. Also, with it being frozen they shouldn't have been renting rooms on 2nd floor since they have no elevator. I am now going on day two trying to get my refund since booking.com says locations responsible for full refund.
