Good for sleeping, needs better...

Liked: Easy to get to from the interstate. The front desk clerk was very friendly.
Disliked: They told me that they were overbooked by Booking.com, Priceline, etc… and if I had been any later we would have lost our reservation. Not something you want to hear after driving 12 hours. The room was cleaned minimally and had cobwebs in corners and lamps, trash behind the trash can. The beds were hard and lumpy.

Cheap bed for the night

Liked: The location was good for a trip en route to Kansas for a family visit. We needed a place to sleep after an 8 hour drive from Central Pa.
Disliked: They are obviously running a low staff low amenity product but it showed in the property maintenance and single disabled member of staff responsible for the whole hotel. Well done for employing a disabled (using a walker) person but she couldn’t attend to some problems nor was she aware that the cleaning staff had propped all the rooms open with the door latch so we didn’t need a key to access the room. The carpets were in poor condition and the bath was worn and rust stained in such a way that it looked like diarrhoea flowing into the drain.

Liked: Easy parking. Near lots of shops etc and close to airport. Room was clean.
Disliked: Room 315 - elevator noise at night. Room is dated. Loud air con unit.

Good

Liked: Staff were excellent, prompt and courteous. Room was clean and stocked. Breakfast was awesome!
Disliked: Tub faucet was worn out and needed constant adjustment. A/C ran full blast at 60 degrees but it struggled to keep room cool below 74. There was only half a curtain so you couldn't have privacy. Many of the sockets were worn out and wouldn't hold a charger in place.

Liked: The Englewood area is very nice with upscale shopping, restaurants and neighborhoods. Right off two major highways convenient for driving all destinations. Not far from the airport yet very quiet. The young lady working the front desk was very friendly and helpful when I had questions. I stayed two nights. It's a nice place to stay for the price
Disliked: The room was typical for this type hotel. A little cramped. No place to put my luggage. I think they try to put too much in the room. If there were multiple people, i don't know where they would put things! Beds were comfortable but pillows were worn out. I suggest bring your own if that's an option. The first night I couldn't find the drape closure! They're hidden way behind the outer shears and drapes. Breakfast was ok with limited options. Coffee not so much. But Starbucks is right across the street! .

Exceptional

Good value, easy off the...

Liked: Good basic hotel for a throughway stopover. Decent breakfast without a lot of extraneous plastic, super front desk staff, plenty of parking.
Disliked: There were no easily-located stairs to the ground floor. I prefer not to take the elevator if it's only one or two or three flights but the stairs were all at the far ends of the hallways.
