Outdated, dirty, but friendly staff

Liked: The staff was friendly
Disliked: Dirty outdated rooms, bathroom doorknob was duct taped, and the toilet moved when you sat on it

A little updating will go...

Liked: The staff (except for one at the reception desk) were all very friendly and helpful. When I gave the one woman a sewing needle we had found one the floor of our room she laughed it off and said it was good it was not found in our bed. I didn't find it funny but neither was I looking for a free room. I wanted to let her know the cleaning staff had not done a thorough job. We also found hairs on the bathroom floor Breakfast was good.
Disliked: It needs to be updated and a very good thorough cleaning. See above also.

Clean, comfortable and convenient. Okay...

Liked: Good location to freeway and many dining choices. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Desk clerk was friendly at check-in.
Disliked: Rooms need renovation. Furniture , baseboards and wood work scratched up. Weather stripping around hslkwstvfoor was gone, so light and noise from hallway came through. Toilet was hard to flush.

Liked: - We only planned to stop there for a short night during our roadtrip, however we were really positively surprised by this hotel! The staff, especially Brittnay, was really kind and very helpful, and had excellent restaurant recommendations. Really good customer service! They even served gravy for breakfast the next day, when we told her, that we never had that before.- The breakfast was surprisingly good.

Convenient

Liked: Easy to get to from the interstate and the staff were all very nice.
Disliked: I do hope the place gets a facelift soon.

Always accommodating, safe, and clean....

Liked: Great place to stay, staff is excellent and very attentive to all your needs. Communication between staff and patrons is very notable in regards to being friendly and willing to do whatever it takes to make your stay comfortable.
Disliked: Needs a few updates but nothing serious…
