It was a different experience.

Liked: We couldn`t use the water and they supplied the bottled water. The breakfast was very good The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: I was called at 10.38 pm to go to the front desk with my identification. I was not amused as I was already in bed as we were leaving first thing in the morning. When I got downstairs there was a gentleman waiting at the front desk I asked the clerk why she needed to reverify my I.D. as it had already been done at check-in . I was told our names were similar and I was given the wrong room. I went back to my room but had a hard time falling asleep. I think this could have been handled in a different way!!!

Liked: We stayed at the hotel over Easter weekend visiting family. once we arrived, we were notified that the water was undrinkable and they provided free bottles of water. Both the Saturday and Sunday mornings was absolutely no water flowing from the taps in the mornings when you even open them full blast. On the last morning before departure, we had absolutely no water and we kept trying the faucet in the bathroom. Eventually, we had a trickle in both my partner, and I hurried to wet our face cloths to wash our faces. The first night we stayed the curtains were closed and when we on the third morning, I noticed that the dusting had not been done for quite a time. The morning of checkout we are awake and packing by 8:30 AM. Check out time is at 11 AM at 9:30 AM. Our door was knocked at and was expected to be cleaned at that time. I explained to housekeeping that we are packing up and we’re almost done. They are provided with a list of guests that are checking out early and at what time and or buy the checkout time scheduled at 11 AM. We felt forced to hurry and check out mind you staff are required to have the rooms fully cleaned and done in time by the 3 PM check-in. Overall, the bed quite comfortable, and the staff were pleasant; however, we did not expect to have to brush our teeth as if we were rough camping in a hotel that should’ve provided pristine service as per disclosed. Overall, I am quite frankly disappointed.
Disliked: The comfort of the bed.

Liked: Easy access to highway. Great location while travelling and needing a quick stop and rest.
Disliked: Very basic breakfast - lots on offer. But nothing special. Coffee very weak.
