Great value but not very...
Liked: It was a great price and a good location for what we needed
Disliked: We were late arriving . I had made the hotel aware of this. Upon arriving we were told it was a smoking handicapped room. We do not smoke. Only other option was up two flights of stairs. My husband uses a motorized wheelchair chair so it wasn’t an option for us. We stayed in the stinking room

Liked: The location and price were good.
Disliked: We found stains on the top cover and on the sheets. The top cover had a red streak and brown stains on the sheets. We didn't notice this until we had already unpacked and we're getting into bed. Upon notifying the night time manager, we were given a different room. It was late and we didn't want to repack and unpack again and asked could we just switch the blankets. There was a bit of back and forth with the manager, but we ended up just switching blankets. However, less than an hour later (around 11pm) the manger knocked on our door and said he found no red stains on the sheets. He was rude. I informed him the red stains were on the blanket and the sheets had brown stains. I stated that I could show him exactly where they were if he wanted to bring the blankets back. He quickly said no worries and left. We also found a hair stuck to our hand towel, I didn't even bring this up to them, simply just didn't use it. The rest of our stay went well until we checked out. I had booked the room months in advance. A $220 hold was placed on my credit card upon arrival. This was supposed to be for damages etc. However, the charge went through as we were leaving. The attendant at the counter (different person than we previously dealt with) was very kind and immediately fixed the charge.
