It was a hot mess

Liked: Never got my deposit back, ended up paying an extra $100 for a room I had booked prior. Staff is horrible, I paid for late check out only for them to tell me the service is unavailable after i paid for all of this online, prior to getting to the location. Housekeepers try to rush you out the room. It’s just very ghetto
