Liked: How friendly everyone was and how close it was to alit of things.

Exceptional
Liked: The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff is helpful and nice. I had to check in at a very late time but they were happy to accommodate me. Less than 10 mins from the airport.

The front desk people really...
Liked: Eat only plant based. So had just the oatmeal. Would be nice to have nuts, cranberries, blueberries or strawberries, raisins and bananas.

Very good
Liked: We travelled with the kids up the north shore so this was our gateway to the vacation. We arrived late at night after a long drive - the person at the front desk (do not remember his name) was very nice and helpful. A "Pack-and-play" was already waiting in the room. Room is spacious and comfortable. Kids liked the breakfast.
Disliked: Bathroom is small and not so fresh. There is no elevator so if you are staying on the second floor you need to carry the luggage upstairs.

All in all enjoyable stay,...
Liked: The room is spacious and was clean and beds were comfortable. There was a "Pack-and-play" waiting for us in the room. Breakfast is decent, especially for kids. We had spent a night at the hotel when going up north two days earlier - that was perfect as we were on the first floor and the staff at the front desk (don't remember his name) was very nice and helpful.
Disliked: There is no elevator and this time we were on the second floor with luggage (3 kids including a baby) so that was a bit of a hassle. The bathroom is very small and bath tub took time to drain. The most annoying issue was that we asked for hot water for the baby bottle and the rude staff person at the front desk that evening (~8:30 pm) didn't want to help us. We reported this to the morning staff that immediately apologized and explained that she was out of line - so that should be mentioned as well.
