We will not stay here again!

Liked: Room was clean.
Disliked: Paid for a suite and was given a regular king room. The old man at the desk acted like he couldn't hear. And when we were checking out the young guy acted like he didn't want to be bothered. It also took him about 10 minutes to get back to the front desk. There is no bell to let them know that someone is waiting on them. Not to mention the young man checked our room after we left like we stole something. And another bad thing is not too many places will deliver food.

Liked: Everything worked, and breakfast was free.
Disliked: I reserved a smoking room, and it smelled like smoke. That's the closest I can get to a complaint. The room was exactly what I needed.

Very nice staff, awful hotel...

Liked: I liked how nice the staff was. Everyone working there was very friendly and ready to help. It makes me feel bad about having hated the rest of the experience staying here because they were all so nice.
Disliked: The location of this hotel is not great. Firstly, the hotel is aggressively fenced in, but no gated entry. It felt like you would get jumped going from your car to the entrance, which was maybe 50 feet. We did get there at almost midnight, which probably didn't help that aspect but there were signs all over the property to take valuables out of your car because they weren't liable for break ins and stolen property. I had also explicitly chosen a non-smoking room when booking, which really didn't matter because the entire hotel smelled like weed and cigarettes, including our room. The room was also not very clean. The bathroom had fuzzy mold growing in the corner and an open drain in the center that smelled like sewage.
