We will not stay here again!

Liked: Room was clean.
Disliked: Paid for a suite and was given a regular king room. The old man at the desk acted like he couldn't hear. And when we were checking out the young guy acted like he didn't want to be bothered. It also took him about 10 minutes to get back to the front desk. There is no bell to let them know that someone is waiting on them. Not to mention the young man checked our room after we left like we stole something. And another bad thing is not too many places will deliver food.

Liked: It was perfect for the occasion and very close to where I was going which was the cardinals opening game day. I'd stay again. Receptionist was very very nice Miss Nancy. Also the guy that I checked out with was great as well. I'm def going back to stay when I go to any other cardinals games.

Liked: Due to low occupancy, there was no breakfast offered
Disliked: Breakfast! There was fighting and very loud voices in the parking lot during late hours, bathroom floor was very dirty

Liked: Nothing! I’d quit asking me about this property as I have already complained to booking.com and the actual property. It was so horrible we didn’t stay. Nor did we get any money back. It was such a bad place that NO ONE was staying there!

Liked: The breakfast was pretty good
Disliked: I explained to the front desk worker that my grandson was chilly and I requested an extra blanket. Her response to me was for me to turn down the air conditioner and NO I couldn’t have an extra blanket

Liked: The bathroom was clean.
Disliked: The air vents were plugged and dirty. Fire alarm hanging by wires. Room looked like it was in the middle of a remodel, counter not complete and missing drawer. Just a plain piece of board screwed on top. Location was horrible. Website pictures didn’t fit what the room actually looked like. I would say the website pictures were what it once was. Brought up issues with management and the lady advised “if you don’t like it you could check out”. Dirty Q-Tip in elevator.
