We will not stay here again!

Liked: Room was clean.
Disliked: Paid for a suite and was given a regular king room. The old man at the desk acted like he couldn't hear. And when we were checking out the young guy acted like he didn't want to be bothered. It also took him about 10 minutes to get back to the front desk. There is no bell to let them know that someone is waiting on them. Not to mention the young man checked our room after we left like we stole something. And another bad thing is not too many places will deliver food.

Uncomfortable

Liked: The bed had sheets that were stained, there was a bug in my bathroom. I checked out the day before I actually was scheduled to check out and the hotel did not want to issue me a refund because I complained about a bug in my room in front of another customer. They accused me of lying. I am not happy with Booking.com either the cycle that they send customers through to get a refund is ridiculous. I will never book with a third party again.
Disliked: I didn't like anything about the hotel. The name of downtown being associated with the location is misleading. This hotel doesn't look like a part of any downtown.

Disappointing

Overall we had a good...

Disliked: The satellite was not working and we were told that we could use the smart features on the TV. However, our TV was not smart. So we were not able to use it at all.

Liked: Nothing it does not look like the photo here in fact the photos are not this property When first arrived my nephew was approached by two prostitutes The area was industrial and run down
Disliked: Continue from above inside Was boarded up in places and filthy Did not feel safe there and did not stay there when advised them of the situation was told they don’t co trail what happens outside their doors and the photos they said w as old is why they do t match I call BS on that

Disliked: the building looks old but the rooms are great
