We will not stay here again!

Liked: Room was clean.
Disliked: Paid for a suite and was given a regular king room. The old man at the desk acted like he couldn't hear. And when we were checking out the young guy acted like he didn't want to be bothered. It also took him about 10 minutes to get back to the front desk. There is no bell to let them know that someone is waiting on them. Not to mention the young man checked our room after we left like we stole something. And another bad thing is not too many places will deliver food.

Comfortable room

Liked: Honestly I was nervous about the location but it turned out just fine.In all fairness, I get nervous at any hotel. The desk clerk shared about the security measures they have in place. That helped me.

Liked: Good room. Guest area being updated.
Disliked: It was not a safe neighborhood. Saying it is downtown is pushing it. We did not feel safe walking out or even driving at night. Good hotel if you are planning on just staying the night.

Liked: Mr. Neal and Mitchell were amazing staff. Specially they are so much resourceful and made my experience a memorable
Disliked: Property is good but it’s only the location is very isolated in an industrial zone.
