Liked: Economy for budget stay with family.
Disliked: Mentioned they will provide breakfast. But not provided only Tea, coffee, hot water and pop darts few. Upset because no breakfast. They provide full size bed for two person to sleep. Queen size bed will be better

Liked: I loved the convenient location of this property. I was recieved with excitement and the room was very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The room itself was awesome. But half the outlets didn’t work and it was very confusing where to turn on the lights. The AC didn’t cool at all. Luckily I was there for one night and it was cool in LA.

Disliked: Booked this room because my home was being fumigated for termites. When I was checking in, the lady working at the front desk ask me to write down my car plate number. I told her I will be needing 2 parking spaces, one for my car and another one for my son’s car. She right away (with an attitude) pointed to a sign that was posted on the window stating “one parking space per room.” I told her if that’s the case why it is not stated on the website. On the website it says parking on site. It did NOT say one parking space per room. Her response…do you want to cancel? I said yes! Not willing to work or apologize NOTHING. Very rude, no effort to work things out. So I had to look for another hotel on the spot. I was already stressed out with my home situation, this made my stress level even higher. The other hotel had no problem in accommodating my request. Totally do not recommend this hotel…BAD GUEST SERVICE
